Instructor Team
Each GTHR class is a holistic sensory experience, where clients have a space to move, connect, recharge, and work hard together. GTHR instructors are the heartbeat of our community, and they are the primary drivers behind bringing our brand experiences & classes to life. GTHR Instructors are expected to teach group classes, with the opportunity to take on private clients, as well. Our instructors use elements such as music, lighting, scents, language, and – of course – expert programming to craft each of our signature classes, while always showcasing their unique magic to bring their individual vision & personal brand to life.
