Meet Nathalye.

Nathalye Abreu is a passionate advocate for movement and wellness, graduating from Rutgers University in 2023 with a BFA in Dance. Her journey into the world of dance began during her time in high school, igniting a deep-seated love for expressive movement that has defined her path ever since. During her time at Rutgers, Nathalye had the privilege of performing under the direction of esteemed choreographers such as Kyle Marshall, John Evans, Kim Elliot, and Nicolette Alberti, honing her skills across different styles and enriching her artistry.

Beyond the stage, Nathalye spent over two years working at the front desk at local pilates studios, an experience that not only supported her studies but also introduced her to the transformative power of Pilates. This newfound passion for Pilates, cultivated during her college years, sparked a keen interest in health and wellness, inspiring Nathalye to explore how movement can enhance and support a healthy lifestyle while also developing the awareness of body through space, and how we can develop deeper connections within ourselves through our practice and anatomically.

Nathalye completed her comprehensive 500-hour Teacher Training program in 2024 and now teaches at multiple studios throughout New Jersey, bringing a thoughtful versatile approach to her instruction. This milestone marks a pivotal moment in her journey, as she steps into a dual career path - both as a dedicated Pilates instructor committed to guiding others through intentional, transformative movement, and as a dance and movement artist, sharing her creativity, artistry, and passion with the world.

Nathalye's journey is a testament to the transformative power of movement, reflecting her commitment to fostering health, wellness, and artistic expression in everything she does. She is excited to share these amazing aspects  with the rest of the community as she dives deeper into her Pilates career path.
