Meet Rachel
Rachel has practiced pilates for over a decade, first as a creative escape from the corporate world and ultimately as a powerful passion. When GTHR opened, the stars aligned, giving her the opportunity to dive fully into pilates training and step into teaching. Her classes are challenging, motivating and mindful, featuring upbeat music, dynamic flows and purposeful cueing that keep clients connected to every movement. Rachel has a deep belief in the mind-muscle connection and the transformative power of pilates -- not just to strengthen the body but to elevate life both on and off the reformer.
