Meet Sarah

With a background in dance, choreography, and a deep-rooted passion for holistic movement, Sarah brings both artistry and precision to her Pilates teaching. She holds degrees in Exercise Science, Dance Science, and Performance, and has spent the past four years as a certified Pilates instructor, guiding clients to move with intention and pleasure.

Her classes are shaped by her deep understanding of anatomy and years as a movement artist — blending strength, flow, and a deep respect for the body’s natural design. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or refining an advanced practice, Sarah creates a space for every client to feel grounded, empowered, and strong in their own vessel. She believes movement should feel good — and that strength, in all its forms, is something we all deserve to access.
