Meet Tina

I’m a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor through Balanced Body. My classes are rooted in intention, precision, and the mind-body connection—because to me, it’s all in the details. Outside the studio, you’ll find me hiking, camping, and traveling with my boyfriend and our dog, Birdie. I’m down to earth, music-obsessed, and always looking for ways to keep movement meaningful and fun. I’m here to teach you Pilates, help you feel strong and supported, and guide you toward a deeper connection with your body.
